Chicken Seekh Kebab 8th December 2022

For 6-8 small seekhs
Adapted from Daddas Seekh Kebab Recipe

300 gm  Chicken Minced
2tbsp      Roasted Gram Flour
3 Tsp      Curd
2 Large   Onions, Fried & paste
1 tsp       Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp   Garam Masala
1/3 tsp   Cumin Powder
1/3 tsp    Black Pepper Powder 
1 tsp Salt  (Adjust as per taste)
3 tsp Olive Oil 
Add Red Chilli Powder as per taste at marination stage, if desired 
Wooden skewers (can be made without skewers also)

Method
Soak skewers in water.
Keep 1 tsp olive oil aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients well and àrefrigerate for 1 hr.
Grease skewers & palms with the remaining 1tsp olive oil. Palm the kebab mix on skewers. 
Microwave on TS53 in Microwave turning halfway. Baste with leftover olive oil if needed.
Alternatively shallow fry and cook in a covered pan.

Serve with Onion Rings, Slices of Lime & mint chutney.
